District Missionary Janice Pellum Gardner is a devoted woman of God whose life reflects a steadfast commitment to serving Christ and His people. As a leader at Refreshing Church of God in Christ, she is passionate about seeing lives transformed through the power of the Gospel, fervent prayer, and the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Saved, sanctified, filled with the Holy Ghost, and committed to holy living, Missionary Gardner faithfully serves by encouraging women, mentoring emerging leaders, strengthening families, and supporting the mission of the Church. She believes that every believer is called to grow in faith, walk in purpose, and demonstrate the love of Christ in everyday life.

Missionary Gardner has been blessed to minister both nationally and internationally, sharing the message of hope and salvation in South Africa, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Argentina, and England. Whether teaching, speaking, counseling, or serving behind the scenes, her desire is to glorify God and help others develop a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.

In addition to her ministry, she is an author, business leader, and community advocate who is committed to equipping individuals with practical tools for spiritual growth, leadership, and personal development. Her ministry is built on the belief that faith should transform both hearts and communities.

A native of Idlewild, Michigan, Missionary Gardner is the daughter of Bishop Fred Pellum and Lady Geraldine Hayes Pellum. She is grateful for the godly heritage that shaped her life and continues to honor that legacy through faithful service to God and His Kingdom.

Missionary Gardner counts it a privilege to serve alongside the leadership and members of Refreshing Church of God in Christ. Her prayer is that every person who enters the doors of the church experiences the love of Christ, the presence of the Holy Spirit, and the life-changing power of God’s Word.
